Working patterns and career structures have been set up by men to suit male needs and have changed little over the years. These are just some of the ideas to emerge from a new project undertaken by Deborah Hargreaves, founder of the High Pay Centre, who was funded by a journalist fellowship from Friends Provident Foundation.

A debate on feminising the workplace will take place on 3 July 2019 at the House of Lords, committee room G, 8.30-10.30am. Places are limited but if you would like to attend email [email protected]
