Application timeframes

Final funding decisions for this programme will be made in March 2027. If you’re interested in applying, you need to complete our Say Hello form before Friday 7th August 2026. 

 

We make funding decisions four times a year. While you can contact us at any time, applications are grouped into decision rounds. The full process typically takes around 6–8 months from initial enquiry to final decision.

 

Final funding decisions for this programme will be made in March 2027. 

For decisions in September 2026

No more new enquiries can be made for this decision round. 

 

Finalised Stage 1 applications must be submitted before Thursday 14th May and will be reviewed by mid-June. Successful applications that are invited to Stage 2 will be reviewed by our board in September 2026. Those offered grants will receive initial funds shortly after. 

For decisions in December 2026

No more new enquiries can be made for this decision round. 

 

Organisations invited to apply will meet online with us between Tuesday 11th May – Friday 17th July.

  

Finalised Stage 1 applications must be submitted before Friday 7th August and will be reviewed at the end of August. Applications invited to Stage 2 will be reviewed by our board in December 2026. Those offered grants will receive initial funds shortly after. 

For final decisions of the programme (March 2027)

Organisations interested in applying need to contact us via our Say Hello form before Friday 7th August 2026.

 

Organisations invited to apply will meet online with us for an introductory conversation and an application meeting between Monday 10th August – Wednesday 30th September 2026.

 

Finalised Stage 1 applications must be submitted before Wednesday 7th October 2026 and will be reviewed in November and December. We will let applicants know of their progress in mid-December.  

 

Applications invited to Stage 2 will meet us for Stage 2 Assessments in late January – early February 2027. Their applications will be reviewed by our Board in March 2027. Those offered grants will receive initial funds shortly after.
