I am an LGBTQ+ Person of Colour and I am very passionate about Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. I used to manage an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion business and I am currently reading a Masters in Equity and Diversity in Society.

We do not consider ourselves as experts in the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion field however our staff, trustees, volunteers and stakeholders have an array of lived experiences that helps to shape our approach to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
As part of the Foundation’s work, we are developing an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion working group. We recognise that this is an ongoing process that involves everyone in the organisation. This month I have been undergoing a process of reviewing our online impact and making suggestions on how it can be more accessible. This includes our website and social media. Hopefully, you will start to see some changes shortly. Keep an eye out on our website and LinkedIn as there will be more blogs about our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion work in the near future.
