We do not offer funding for individuals so unfortunately we are not the right funder for you





Our work has to have a focus and be a benefit to the UK. We are open to applicants who are not themselves based in the UK but the work must be focused here





We do not support capital cost projects so sadly we are not the right funder for your work


What do we mean by service delivery? Activities and support offered at a community and individual level that provides a support function such as a food bank, counselling, employment assistance or childcare delivery.


We are an upstream funder aiming to challenge the economic systems that cause many issues in our society. We do not offer funding for service delivery work which we believe are addressing the symptoms of our problems but not the root causes.


What do we mean by economic systems change? For us it means getting to the heart of why an issue arose in the first place, and working out how to change the ‘roots’ of a problem. It means looking upstream at what causes an economic issue, and seeking to intervene to improve the structures, systems or policies that have created it. If successful this would look like lasting changes to how things are done, fundamentally shifting attitudes, behaviours and norms so that new ways of operating become ingrained

These are the two current priority strands of our programme that are open for applications until Autumn 2027. If you do not fit with these strands then we are unfortunately not the right funder for you at this time.
