One day may find her dealing with governance for an important meeting, another arranging the logistics for an international visiting convention.
Previously she worked in administration roles in the NHS, was office manager for The Power Inquiry, an independent commission established to investigate how political participation and involvement can be increased and deepened in Britain, worked for the Joseph Rowntree Reform Trust and managed the office of Lord Hameed, a cross-bench Peer.
Caroline has also experience as a volunteer teacher in North-West Pakistan and an ESL teacher in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Outside of work she enjoys hillwalking and spending time creatively – she loves knitting!
One thing that sums up the job? SYSTEMS!
