She has over 20 years’ experience of working at a senior grants level, working in a range of grant makers including small charities, local authority, commercial led charities and the lottery, managing grants of up to £35 million pounds.
Celia has designed grants programmes, in addition to managing the end to end assessment, support and evaluation process.
Celia has a passion for equalities and diversity, ensuring that as many people that can benefit is able to access the resources and support that will improve their quality of life and/or their life opportunities. She is an advocate for ensuring that applicants and grantees are involved in the process of shaping how, where and when grant should be delivered.
